All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or proof of bank transfer
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Amendment or Cancellation must be made in the written notice to the provided email or contact form on the website.
Rates are charged in US Dollar currency. Therefore, the amount shown on the monthly statement in other currencies sent to you by the respective credit card company might be slightly different from our quoted price due to exchange rate variations.
CANCELATION POLICY
If canceled within 7 days prior to the check-in date, 1 night will be charged. No show, 100 percent of the total amount will be charged.
CHILD POLICY
2 Children up to 5 years old complimentary stay (Baby Crip) & meals with parents
2 children from 6-12 years old 50% complementary (Extra Bed) & meals sharing with parent
Traveling with children will offer complimentary early Check-In & Late Check-Out subject on availability
