Aha Udom is an all-day dining venue where guests of the resort and local residents alike can simply enjoy great food and service.

Our commitment is to create a warm and cozy dining atmosphere and provide the best quality food. Our guests will feel as if they are sitting in a great Khmer wooden house, surrounded by traditional architecture, and design inspired by the temples, while listening to traditional music from the golden era of the 1960s. Our skillful culinary team sources the best quality seasonal products to craft dishes with care and attention to details. Hennion Corentin, Grew up in the north of France and trained with Marc MEURIN. Prior his arrival to Cambodia Corentin was working in Chateau de Beaulieu 2* michelin.
He started to fall in love with cambodia food and culture during his travelling across Asia.

Chef COCO uses his modern cooking technique to twist cambodian recipes to impress every guest. His cooking philosophy is to source best supplier and products locally. Be sure to try his handcraft dish “Home Made Pasta”.

SokPHEAK: Pastry Chef


Born and raised in the land of Siem Reap, Chi Kreng district. His culinary journey started as baker since 2001 with reputable 5* hotels. He has influenced others to become more culinary adventurous. Over decades, Chef Sokpheak has gained extensive knowledge and skills to create an amazing desserts. He is passionate in changing the perception and the way people think about pastries and desserts.

He’s a huge lover of art, reading books and sports. This hobbies has cultivated him to be one of our greatest pastry chef in the country. When you’re in town, be sure you look for chef Sokpheak recommendation!

Chef Chanthorn began to spend time in the kitchen when he was a child by assisting his mother cooking family meal everyday. Since then, Chanthorn was inspired and set his dream to be a great chef in the country.

His culinary influences has always been a combination of mother recipes and handpicked local growth vegetable with his cooking, Chanthorn has always transformed his handcraft dish into another art piece.
