Here at Memoire Palace Resort & Spa, our daily activities program contains several yoga workout classes per week – aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. The perfect activity to wake-up your body and mind!
The best morning workout you can do to wake up your body is a combination of heart raising exercises, strength and mixing up stretching yoga poses throughout the workout.
We have classes and courses available throughout the week, but also offer bespoke private classes for beginners, professionals and everyone in-between. While you’re at the resort you may also try our fantastic Memoria Spa which is already somewhat famous in town for their innovative spa treatments and healing therapies.
